Terrelyn Wallace – Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Terrelyn Wallace brings over 20 years of leadership, culinary, hospitality on land and sea experience in the Culinary & Hospitality sector. As the Founder and CEO, Terrilyn’s vision and strategic insight drive our innovative approach to this thriving industry. Terrelyn earned his AAS Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Manager and many Professional Certifications in the Culinary and Hospitality Industry.

Terri Rozier – Chief Operating Officer, Secretary & Program Services

Terri Rozier brings over 25 years of experience in Workforce Development, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. As the Founder and CEO of Always Be Grateful LLC, she has provided Business and Financial Consulting services for over three years, helping organizations optimize their operations and individuals achieve financial stability. Terri is highly skilled in organizational management, strategic planning, and operational leadership. Her expertise includes budgeting, contract management, and program development, ensuring seamless coordination of complex processes. With a sharp analytical mind and a detail-oriented approach, she consistently drives fiscal responsibility and aligns organizational goals with long-term strategies. Terri’s ability to build efficient systems and foster collaboration makes her an invaluable asset to any executive team.

Ashley Allen, Sr. - Board Member

A Culinary Management professional with over twenty years of operations experience encompassing culinary arts, management, coaching, vendor relations, training, and cost management. Possesses excellent leadership skills and business acumen.

David Ogiste - Board Member

Experienced professional originally from the US Virgin Islands with a background in military service and technical training in architecture from New England Tech in West Palm Beach, FL. Over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience as a business owner, coupled with extensive expertise in the hospitality sector.
